Last Weekend

With Ong and Ba ngoai for 2024. It’s good that mommy took you home so that you can get some time with them. Hopefully you didn’t hear mommy call you names today, but she does have a point. 

One of the many lucky things you have at your disposal is great food. Not just what we eat out, but also at our friends and family. I know there’s always dessert options, but you should really eat the other stuff…

Counting Down…

Four more days before Ong and Ba go home. I really hope you’ll be okay once they go. You can always face time them and we’ll see them again in February.

You’ll need to get back to waking up with no one to wake up to turn on the 📺. Hoping to get you back into a routine sooner than later. 🙏

You are okay. Maybe it’s cause you snacked too much earlier today. So far your terrible twos have been bad since you were so good prior. We told the lady at the restaurant that she needs to sleep train her kid early because it’s important. We failed you there sorry…

Date Night

With Ong and Ba. Please be good to them. Better than you were at My Gym today. At least there wasn’t any class today where you weren’t following directions. Although you’re more active then.

Hopefully you’ll be sleeping when we get home so that you’ll be well rested for tomorrow. We’re going on a road trip and your mom is driving. Get rested and ready!

Melting Down

I really hope it gets better when the visitors go home. It’s unfortunate that you’re gonna have a rough time adjusting back. I wonder at what age Ong Ba spanked us. I really want to smack you, but then again, I’m not sure if it will work or not.

Anyhow, you’re still melting down today. It sucks, but you’re gonna need to learn one way or another. You’re such a smart kid. Too bad you can’t learn faster about sleeping….

We’re gonna need to get you in a better routine regardless because we can be having you behave how you have been lately. If you’re smart enough to know to say sorry to avoid time out, you’re smart enough to know how to not get in trouble in the first place…

No Meltdown Today?

Hi buddy, can you not have a meltdown today? I don’t think your mommy is gonna be able to handle it. She loves you, but she’s also got a lot of things she’s trying to resolve right now. 

You guys are 2 peas in a pod 🫛 so I hope you understand. It’s important to make sure you keep your affairs in order so you don’t pass your troubles onto others. I hope the one thing we can give you above all else is the tools to overcome any adversity you face in your life. Perseverance. 🙏
