Lottery and Baby Sister

Today we were driving home and I asked you to ask Chua if Daddy can win the lottery. You said you did. Then you asked me where Chua was. I told you that Chua is everywhere and will protect you. Then you said you wanted a baby sister. 

So I told you to ask Chua. Then I asked you if you asked Chua for daddy. You said yes. And I asked you if you asked Chua for Baby Sister. You said yes. I hope

God answers at least one of your prayers and I’m okay if it’s for a baby sister. 🙏 

Daddy Play With Me

Does this mean that you’re aware of your loneliness now? It’s very sad for daddy to hear that if so. I will gladly play with you because you don’t have a sibling. I’m sorry that you’ll be waiting a long time and may wait forever…

Just know, you’ll never be short of love. You’ll never be alone. You may not just have a blood sibling. It’s in God’s hands now. 🙏 

Bigger Boy

Than yesterday (cause you’re growing everyday). Your mentality needs a little help though. Although there’s been so much focus on you sleeping, I’d prefer it more if you could feed yourself and eat well.

I don’t mind sleeping with you until you realize that you can and should sleep alone. Anyhow, I’m sorry about your face. I don’t know what happened, but I hope you’re okay and that it doesn’t happen again. Let’s keep working on the sleeping and eating. 🙏 

Big Boy

You’re a big boy now. It’s time to act like it. Mommy and daddy will help you.

Doctor says we need to let you feed and sleep on your own. We also need to get you away from the screen. Sorry we’ve spoiled you so far. We were lazy and soft parents. We need to be better so you can be better. Don’t hate us, cooperate with us 🙏.

Puddles and Pockets

You’re doing this new thing where you’re putting your hands in your pockets. It’s pretty cute. You’re starting to develop a personality like your uncle Peter said you would. Sometimes it can be a very frustrating personality to deal with.

Today you also hopped in the puddle in the garage on the way to daycare and the way home. As a bonus, you’re putting your mommy’s lipstick on. Why can’t you do the same with your chapstick? 😮‍💨 

Daddy Daycare: Sunday Edition

It’s not as cool cause everyone else is not working too. Well except mommy. She’ll be home soon. We had a great day today. No issues. Well except daddy having to sleep with you so you can nap longer. Small problem to have I guess. 

You may have slept too long in total, but hopefully it’s good for you. I’m gonna get up soon so you can get up too. Let’s see if the opposite happens 😂.

Road Trip

And you didn’t have an accident. 🥳 you weren’t the best behaved, but it wasn’t too bad. There’s still room for improvement. Woman

You overcame your fear of lions 🦁. You had a decent lunch. You got complimented by lots of people. You even got 🧧 from a stranger. So all in all, it was a good time. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer and you didn’t get your naps in. We need to plan better next time.
