Boba Time

Not time for a drink, but our lives being controlled by a little boy nicknamed Boba. Today I was a little late for work. Fortunately, mommy made it to work on time. It’s my fault for being to aggressive with my time management. I need to build more time in. Fortunately, mommy made it to work on time, which is more important.

I don’t know how much forcing you to be on our time will do, so mommy is still on the fence about that, but the sooner you get with the program the better. Being cute will only take you so far…

Fresh and Clean

Someday you’ll learn to clean your own stuff. Until then, I’ll make sure your clothes and bedding and room are clean for you to sleep in.

Now I just need you to sleep fast and eat better. That’s the best “thank you” that you can give me 🙏.

Mommy and Vinh

“Stay with Vinh” is what you told mommy when she told you to go to sleep tonight. You guys were yelling back and forth. It was so funny and cute to watch.

Anyhow, you can’t keep making mom yell at you. You need to be better about acting right we don’t need to raise our voice. I’d prefer you listen to us because you love us, but maybe we’ll have to use fear instead…

You = Vinh

Sometimes you say “you”, you mean “Vinh”. Anyhow, you seemed to have a good day back to school today. Maybe it’s cause I let you watch a little tv before we left? But it was the last time ok?

Right now you’re in the bath and you’re tell me, “Vinh  gội đầu himself”. I don’t think you realize that now mommy has to wash your hair. I’m assuming she also washed it yesterday. WWW.

Yelling

Does it work? I know threatening something you want works. Not sure the best way for you to understand. We don’t hit you so we have to find other ways. Grandpa and grandma used to just smack me…

I wonder what Uncle and Aunty do with Z. I’ll ask. You’re very smart. You should be able to do better. Just need to find the key to your success…

We’re Home

Almost 7 days after we left (6 days, 23 hours, 21 minutes). I hope you had a good time. No one said it, but everyone appreciates you being there. It wasn’t your trip, but your presence was essential.

You probably won’t know the difference, but you got to eat really good food this weekend too. Back to the grind now. Please adjust quickly. 🙏 

You’re So Smart

That’s why it’s frustrating sometimes when you do things that aren’t so smart. Tomorrow is the last day with your family. I hope you and they get to enjoy each others’ company.

Please behave on the ride home. Mommy isn’t the best at dealing with you. Being cute isn’t enough, sorry. It’s back to school tomorrow so please make sure you rest up too. Love you Boba.
