I wonder if you really know what that means. I guess it's nice that you say it. You seem to remember a lot. We need to be careful what we say. You sure remember a lot. Mommy has a habit of speaking in English a lot LOL. We need to work on your smile. Although your closed eyes are still pretty cute. Sorry we couldn't go to the pumpkin patch today. Lots to do.

At least you woke up from your nap early and on your own. It gave us time to not have to rush to church. Today's lesson (re-lesson) is to show what's important to you, but how you spend your time (and hopefully show up on time). Right now, I have some control over you (not mommy), but someday, you'll be in charge of that on your own. I hope you make the "right" choices...

Late Lantern (Moon) Festival

Better late, than never (today's lesson). Did you have fun? It's too bad we possibly missed the event from the temple or park? You were so cute when you told mommy not to touch the lions are they will run away. Were you just too scared to get close? Thanks for "sharing" with Bac Nga. It was a busy today for you, but we got a lot done. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices in order get things done. At least you got a nap in.

You got to see your favorite today. Actually, lots of favorites. Jasmine. It's too bad you're in the missing people phase. I wonder if you really know what it means. Although you seemed genuinely sad about Ziggy and Evelyn not being at your house. That's why we eventually need to make sacrifices to see them. It's odd that we see your other cousins more and they live a lot further.

RDO No

I don't have RDO (Regular Day Off) like your uncles and aunties, but sometimes I take time off so I can get some golf (relaxation) in. Even though today was not as good as the last "RDO", it's always nicer to golf than not golf is my belief. Today's lesson, always make the most of time you have and remember to enjoy the things you enjoy. My golf game sucked, but I still enjoyed it.

I'm sad I only got my money back on this scratcher, but it's odd that there were 2 lossing numbers that are the same? Anyhow, Uncle Vince wasn't helpful. But I guess it's better than losing my money? What kind of luck is that???

Nostalgia

Advice for the day: Enjoy the moments in the present. They don't always come around in the future. As I learned today trying to relive my original milk tea drink and pizza from college didn't live up to the original experience I had. Even with more money and resources, it didn't feel the same. If only I had know to enjoy those times in the present. So I'm telling you that.

It's too bad you don't enjoy many of the things we expose you to. We're just trying to find what you like, but it seems like you only like being at home, watching tv and eating snacks LOL. Not the best habits to build your future on. Golf is done. We'll find you another sport apparently...
